There we were. 2 months of hanging out at home and doing everything different. This changed my life for the good. I loved this, and really hate to see it come to an end. My entire life was altered because of a virus, and if that doesn’t humble you in more ways than one, I truly do not believe I know what would. Thanks for the memories, COVID-19.
I have a lot to say about these two. But for some reason, they feel sacred to me. Some type of love. So for you, I will leave you this message dearest Abby sent me. Yes, I cried. No, I will never delete it.
‘Hey Brooke:) I'm sorry for this long sappy text but i just HAVE to send you an appreciation text bc you've been on my mind lately, & funny how that all works and I accidentally texted u the other day😅 so dalton and I have actually been living 3 hours apart - him in omaha and me still in KC. & I just needed to let you know how stinkin grateful I am to have had you capture these engagement pictures for us😪 whenever I'm struggling/missing him, I'll go and look through them and they just INSTANTLY bring me back and make me feel better😭 so aka-these pictures are saving me during those times and just mean so much more than you will ever know❤ so just wanted to send you a reminder that you have such an amazing gift and that I feel so so blessed to have been able to have you as our photographer through all this :) hope you have a good rest of your day❤️’
A rainy day way out north, in small town USA. Nebraska, we love ya. Ray and Keaton showed me their best day ever by being so in love. Ray didn’t mind the rain, and the show went on. I mean it when I say they are living happily ever after. Did I mention I travel? Small town weddings are my jam. September in Nebraska, you are something sweet. Thanks for the invite, Clarks.
OH, the Knott’s. Round 2. Scroll a bit to see Bailee & Tom - a wedding for the books. An unreal day in Omaha, NE. These two celebrated their love in a tiny church with a large group of friends. Their families were unreal, the weather was magical, and I was undeserving (as per usual). These two just welcomed their second wienie into the family, and I can’t wait to hug and love them all.
America’s next top model. Daesha, you sunshine! Hard to believe I have known her since birth. And full circle, here we are with her senior year. It’s been real, watching these people grow up. Hard to think about life moving so fast, but that is when we are able to realize that living every moment is the best thing you can do. Happy senior year, sweet girl!
Senior girls in their most natural state. Exactly how I love them. We are too flooded with this idealistic look for these seniors, during truly some of the hardest times of their life. I want to empower you reading this, but mostly these girls- we are all made so imperfectly perfect, and that is what will last when were 80. Let’s get back to the basics, keep it simple.
And of course, my two baby sisters. Egh, why am I tearing up while typing this! My whole world, even though they are going through the “I’m a teenager, hear me roar *brooke, leave me alone” stage. Forever my tiny babies. Portrait sessions are some of my favorite things. Seniors, businesses, or just for fun. I’d love to see you.
Brittney & Connor. A September day. Warm, sunny, fun, and a damn good time. These friends of mine allowed me to witness their day, start to finish. Full of moments I still can remember. The smiles, the tears, the beers. Thank you, Browns.
I know people say this. But Regan and Cole are absolutely the sweetest and most kind people. They encompass love and grace and I’m thankful for them. Their wedding is just a few short months away. 2020 has been hard for some brides in these months leading up to spring, but the Lord has never failed us, and He won’t start now.
Integer facilisis tincidunt odio. Mauris hendrerit ac magna eu vestibulum. Pellentesque mollis eget dolor in tempus. Mauris iaculis vulputate magna, vel rhoncus leo feugiat non. Sed consequat, turpis sed vulputate sodales, magna tellus malesuada nulla, nec euismod sem orci et nulla.
Bailey and Brandon. I went to HS with Brandon. So another amazing full circle moment. Fun to watch your classmates do life. More fun when I get to be part of an intricate date. Thank you for trusting me, you two. I can’t wait for October.
Jackson Hole, WY. Tia wearing her bracelet Trevor got for her while they dated in high school. Now, they’re getting married. The way he held her. The way she looked at him.
The Lange’s. Made up of a nice cool and rainy June day. I just don’t think I have ever had so many rainy weddings. 2019 was a good year for it. These weddings went on, they got hitched, and now they’re living life. Morgan and Clayton were bliss.
These two are the reason I married my hubba bubba baby. They got married a few years back, and now have the sweetest Dani girl. Invitation to their home led me to these photos. I love all these guys, darn it. Can’t wait for more
